Custom Clothing Packaging Bag Manufacturer - 16 Years Specializing in Packaging Bags for All Types of Apparel

Founded in 2010, JXD Eco-Packaging . specializes in the development and manufacturing of sustainable flexible packaging. With production facilities in Shenzhen and Dongguan, we manage key processes in-house—from material processing, film production and printing to slitting, bag making and quality inspection.

JXD Eco-Packaging provides custom garment packaging solutions for fashion brands, apparel manufacturers, importers, e-commerce businesses, and OEM/ODM suppliers. Whether you need clear garment bags, premium dust covers, recycled packaging or compostable alternatives, we can develop a solution around your product, brand and target market.

Manufacturing Capabilities You Can Rely On

Garment packaging may look simple, but consistent quality depends on careful process control. Bag dimensions, seal strength, print accuracy and material consistency can all affect packing efficiency, storage and delivery.

JXD Eco-Packaging operates 30 integrated production lines supported by 34 automated machines, including high-speed printing, film casting, slitting, folding and bag-making equipment. With an annual production capacity of more than 2,000 metric tons, we can handle regular orders, seasonal demand, high-volume production and urgent replenishment.

Because the main production processes are completed within our own facilities, adjustments to dimensions, colors and construction can be communicated directly to the production team. This reduces the quality variations and scheduling uncertainties often associated with outsourced manufacturing.

Our 16 years of experience have also given us a strong understanding of apparel packaging requirements, including clarity, softness, tear resistance, load capacity, seal strength and print adhesion.

Custom Packaging for a Wide Range of Apparel Products

Different garments require different packaging. Shirts and knitwear often need clear, well-fitted inner bags, while lingerie and childrenswear may require softer materials. Suits, gowns and winter clothing need larger protective packaging with better dust protection and breathability.

Our custom garment packaging range includes:

  • Inner packaging bags for T-shirts, shirts, sweaters, hoodies, trousers and dresses

  • Packaging for lingerie, socks, scarves, hats and fashion accessories

  • Dust covers for suits, coats, wedding dresses, gowns and down jackets

  • Packaging for footwear, handbags and outdoor products

  • Self-sealing bags, zipper bags and mailing bags for e-commerce

  • Recycled and compostable packaging for export apparel

Available material options include GRS-certified recycled PE, frosted CPE, compostable materials, plant-fiber nonwoven fabric, glassine paper and other paper-based alternatives.

We manufacture flat bags, self-sealing bags, zipper bags, drawstring bags, carry bags and garment covers. Functional details such as hanging holes, ventilation holes, easy-tear openings, barcode areas and multilingual warning messages can also be added.

Dimensions, thickness, color, transparency, printing and closure style can all be customized.

Why Apparel Brands Choose JXD Eco-Packaging

Materials Selected for Real-World Use

The thickest material is not always the best choice, and packaging described as “eco-friendly” may not be suitable for every market.

JXD Eco-Packaging recommends materials based on the garment, packed weight, storage conditions, shipping method and destination country. Clear recycled PE may suit products that need strong visibility, while frosted CPE offers a softer, more premium appearance. Brands with recycled-content targets can choose GRS-certified materials, while compostable solutions can be developed for markets with specific compostability requirements.

Flexible Customization

Garment packaging rarely comes in a single standard size. Children’s clothing, lingerie, shirts and winter coats all require different dimensions, thicknesses and closure positions. Packaging may also need to work with automated packing equipment.

We can develop bags from your product measurements, technical drawings, existing samples or physical products. Oversized garment covers, non-standard dimensions and special opening structures can also be evaluated by our technical team.

Consistent Custom Printing

Packaging is often the first physical touchpoint between a customer and a fashion brand.

We support custom printing for logos, graphics, product information, recycling symbols and multilingual warnings. During production, we control artwork placement, color consistency and print adhesion to minimize variation between batches.

Direct Factory Communication

Customers work directly with the JXD Eco-Packaging manufacturing team. Material selection, quotations, sampling, mass production and delivery are managed through a clear point of contact.

If dimensions or artwork need to be revised, the information can be passed directly to production, reducing delays and communication errors.

Support for Volume Orders and Replenishment

Our two production facilities and multiple production lines allow us to support high-volume brand orders as well as multi-size and multi-style programs.

Before mass production, customers can review material samples or place a small trial order to verify the dimensions, feel, transparency, load capacity and printing quality. This helps reduce the risk of costly rework.

Certifications and Compliance Support for the Apparel Industry

For apparel exporters, packaging must do more than protect the product. It may also need to meet market-specific requirements for recycled content, compostability, chemical safety and responsible sourcing.

JXD Eco-Packaging has developed a compliance system covering quality management, recycled materials, responsibly sourced paper, compostable materials, chemical testing and social responsibility.

Our certifications and compliance resources include:

  • ISO 9001 Quality Management System

  • GRS Global Recycled Standard

  • FSC certification for responsibly sourced forest-based materials

  • EN 13432 for compostable packaging

  • TÜV compostability certification

  • BPI certification for the U.S. market

  • ASTM D6400 compostability standard

  • AS 4736 for the Australian market

  • REACH and RoHS testing support

  • BSCI social compliance audit

Certification coverage varies by material, product and application. Before recommending a packaging solution, we review the destination market, intended environmental claim and product requirements. Applicable certificates and test reports can then be confirmed for the specific project.

This approach helps brands avoid using materials or environmental claims that do not match the relevant certification scope.

Our Custom Garment Packaging Process

1. Requirement Review

You provide the garment type, folded dimensions, intended use, estimated quantity, destination market and required delivery date. Existing samples, artwork or physical products can also be supplied for evaluation.

2. Material and Bag Selection

We recommend a suitable material, thickness, bag style, closure and functional details based on the garment, packed weight, presentation requirements and shipping conditions.

For export projects, environmental and testing requirements are reviewed at this stage.

3. Quotation

Once the material, dimensions, thickness, printing, structure and quantity have been confirmed, we provide a quotation together with the estimated sampling and production schedule.

4. Artwork and Sampling

Our team prepares the print layout using your logo, graphics, text and brand colors. A sample is then produced for checking dimensions, transparency, material feel, print color and seal quality.

5. Fit Testing and Approval

We recommend testing the sample with the actual garment. This allows you to check the fit, packing efficiency, presentation and closure position before mass production.

Any necessary adjustments can be made before final approval.

6. Mass Production

After sample approval, we arrange material preparation, printing, slitting and bag production. Dimensions, thickness, color, seals and appearance are monitored throughout production.

7. Inspection and Delivery

Finished products are inspected against the approved specifications. Quantity, carton markings, labels and shipping details are confirmed before dispatch.

Applicable certification documents or test reports can be supplied based on the specific order.

8. After-Sales Support and Reorders

After delivery, our team follows up on product performance. New sizes, artwork updates and urgent replenishment orders can be developed from the approved packaging specification.

Packaging Designed Around Your Product and Market

A garment bag does more than keep clothing clean. It affects packing efficiency, product presentation, shipping costs and regulatory compliance.

Choosing packaging based only on unit price can lead to material inconsistency, sizing problems, delays and unnecessary rework. The right solution should reflect the garment, packing process, brand identity and destination market.

With 16 years of experience and production facilities in Shenzhen and Dongguan, JXD Eco-Packaging provides end-to-end support—from material selection and structural development to printing, mass production and delivery.

Whether you need standard apparel bags, premium garment covers, recycled packaging or compostable alternatives for international markets, JXD Eco-Packaging can develop a solution that fits your products and supply chain.
